In the small seaside town cheerfully careless days are spent by car mechanician Kostya: repairs cars in the afternoon, helps mother with kindergarten, and in the evenings sings own songs in a local bar. The comical confusion leads to that Kostya falls in love with Belief which counted the car mechanician as a rap star while Konstantin took the new acquaintance for the talented singer. When the mistake reveals, Kostya decides to go to Moscow that a victory in competition to win Belief heart. In two days the beginning musician should collect group, to find true friends and to open for itself big love.

New «Cheerful children» such heroes unworthy that about them to speak seriously.
