The mechanic Ardent (Ivan Fominov), the businessman the Major (Pavel Erlykov), high school teacher Ticher (Alexander Ratnikov) and the DJ the Razor (Grigory Ivanets) direct small, but dear "firm" of football hooligans. They seldom go on matches, do not carry scarfs of the darling of "Spartak" and, apparently, not so understand football. But they regularly fight with hooligan "firms" of other Moscow teams and even arrange departures to other cities. Recently, however, on their fights surprisingly quickly there comes OMON. Ticher suspects treachery and tries to find "rat". In parallel it undertakes to prepare for institute examinations the girl of the Major (Darya Mingazetdinova) who soon realizes that her tutor is pleasant to it more than her boyfriend.
In scenes of mass fights the real football hooligans acted in film. Authors of the film considered that usual mass meeting and stuntmen will look insufficiently convincingly
Whether "firms" do not have enough shots, whether they want to extend essentially. It is otherwise difficult to explain, why the football hooligans who are proud of reserve and closeness of the party, wrote about itself the scenario, and then addressed on STV studio that Sergey Selyanov’s subordinates shot a picture which it is difficult to define differently as «advertizing of football hooliganism». Communicating with the audience in the best (the worst?) traditions of the Russian gangster cinema, "Okolofutbol" convinces public, what «фирмачи» is an ill-matched party of courageous guys which in usual life are not crossed in any way (that the general at "teacher", недоолигарха and the DJ?), but on days off become in a system and arrange command "fight club" which only occasionally harms to ordinary people. For example, if slaughter is arranged in the subway.
Yes, among them there are street muggers and nationalists, and yes, they can commit as required a serious crime – like disorder at the Caucasian restaurant. And laws on drugs they do not respect. But, "Okolofutbola", cocaine – that’s nothing unusual insists, and smash Caucasians and attack police «фирмачи» only then as it is morally justifiable. Besides if the specific hooligan does not want to commit a concrete crime, please, nobody forces. The main thing – not to pass fights with other "firms", to stick out, help companions and to be the real man. And then you will become authority. And how many at you money, diplomas, headdresses and albums – your personal record. So give, children, register in "firms". If, of course, dream of a regular fight and about so regular visits to police. And if consider that anything so does not decorate the man, as scars and the certificate of release. After all it is difficult to receive term for football hooliganism, but it is possible.
If in England football "firms" started to appear soon after the Second World War, in the USSR the first mass fan fight occurred only in 1987, when in Kiev схлестнулись fans of local "Dynamo" and Moscow "Spartak"
Why it is advertizing, instead of "drama" how it is written in the film press release? Because the drama means dramatic nature. In "Okolofutbol" it appears only at the very end of a tape, is provoked by two casual events not connected among themselves and turns around a semi-zilch. So it is impossible to write scenarios. All rest of the time intense and fascinating games apply for a role of the dramatic subject line cat and mouse with police, search of the traitor slow and not crowning by success ("rat" after all find, but it is besides casual, instead of as a result of the cunning plan) and the ridiculous romantic intrigue, which sense that Saturday fights add to men so many points of charisma that women on them are literally hung up rather amusing, than. Even if for the rest these men are interesting only as experts on historical dates. If it not advertizing, what?
